It was World Teachers’ Day on Saturday 5th October 2024. A huge thank you to all the teachers at Harefield Junior School for the wonderful job they do supporting our children.
On Thursday 26th September 2024, Year 4 Juniper and Spruce classes visited Bedfont Lakes as part of their learning in Science about grouping and classifying living things. The children had a fantastic day engaging in a mini beast hunt and an animal handling session. “I really enjoyed petting the animals,” Mason (Juniper class).

All of our year 6 children learn to play Chess towards the end of the year and then we hold a year 6 Chess tournament. Congratulations to future Grandmaster, Jake, who was crowned Harefield Junior School Chess Champion 2024.
