Data Protection

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is about how we use personal data and keep it safe.

As a school we hold information (data) about our staff and pupils which we treat with great care. It is vitally important that this private, and sometimes sensitive information is only passed on when there is a legal requirement to do so, such as the School’s Census.  Harefield Junior School believes in a transparent approach to Data Protection and the use of information.  The policies and documents on this page help explain how we try to achieve this aim.  If you wish to discuss any of the content further, please do not hesitate to contact our Data Protection Officer.

Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is David Coy who can be contacted via email on [email protected]
